    Work Arrangement: On-site - approximately 80%

    We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team and provide on-site leadership across complex industrial and MEP projects.

    The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction and MEP systems, with proven experience managing construction activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and supporting projects through delivery. A key part of the role will be managing and coordinating change management activities, ensuring changes are properly assessed, documented, communicated, and implemented.

    This is a predominantly site-based position, with approximately 80% of the role expected to be performed on-site.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Provide day-to-day construction management and leadership on-site.
    • Oversee industrial construction activities and coordinate MEP packages.
    • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
    • Monitor construction progress against the project programme and key milestones.
    • Identify and escalate construction risks, issues, delays, and potential impacts to delivery.
    • Support the coordination and sequencing of MEP and industrial construction activities.
    • Manage and support change management processes, ensuring changes are properly assessed, documented, tracked, and communicated.
    • Assess the potential impact of changes on project scope, cost, schedule, and delivery.
    • Work closely with project management, commercial, engineering, and client teams to manage project changes effectively.
    • Lead regular site meetings, progress reviews, and coordination meetings.
    • Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, specifications, programmes, and project requirements.
    • Maintain accurate project and construction documentation.
    • Provide regular reporting on construction progress, risks, changes, and key project issues.
    • Support project completion, commissioning, and handover activities.
