Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Construction Management or Inspection of transportation facilities
• Proven skills in Project and Client Management
• H.S. Diploma or GED required, degree in Construction Technology preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Possibility of needing a licensed P.E. or obtaining it within six months of employment

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction project operations and personnel
• Plan and coordinate materials testing and inspection
• Ensure thorough project documentation is maintained
• Conduct construction engineering, inspection, and verification tasks
• Review traffic control compliance and recommend improvements
• Evaluate project documentation and monitor progress
• Manage construction inspectors and assist in business development
