Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Construction Manager to own the end-to-end execution of projects involving industrial facility construction and equipment assembly. This is a hands-on, field-facing leadership role where you will drive projects from estimating and planning through execution and closeout.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering, fabrication, and field operations, leading skilled trades and subcontractors to deliver high-quality installations across industries such as energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and advanced manufacturing.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in multifaceted environments, takes ownership, and enjoys building structure while solving complex field challenges.
What You'll Do
  • Lead multiple industrial construction and equipment installation projects from concept through completion
  • Own project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Develop estimates, proposals, and workload plans; support project award and execution tracking
  • Provide hands-on leadership across mechanical and electrical installations, including:
    • Rigging, setting, and alignment
    • Piping and mechanical systems
    • Electrical connections and system integration
  • Coordinate daily activities of internal crews, subcontractors, and fabrication teams
  • Partner with engineers, fabrication teams, clients, and field personnel to ensure seamless execution
  • Communicate effectively across all levels-from shop floor to executive stakeholders
  • Develop and manage construction work plans, schedules, budgets, and labor resources
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project and ERP systems to track progress and performance
  • Champion a strong safety-first culture across all sites
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including JHAs, LOTO, and PPE requirements
  • Lead safety meetings, hazard assessments, and proactive risk mitigation
  • Apply lean construction principles to improve workflow, eliminate waste, and enhance field execution
  • Identify risks early and drive practical, real-time problem solving
What You Bring
  • 5-10+ years in construction management, field supervision, or industrial project execution
  • Strong experience in mechanical and electrical equipment installation environments
  • Background working with skilled trades (millwrights, electricians, pipefitters, welders, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, Electrical schematics and Construction documents
  • Experience with industrial or regulated environments (manufacturing, energy, chemical, pharma)
  • Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent hands-on field experience will be considered
