ObjectiveWe are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading construction management and administrative efforts across industrial projects, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with safety practices, industry standards, and alignment with project objectives. This role involves communication and collaboration with multiple project managers.
ResponsibilitiesProject Management - Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets for projects.
- Track process improvement costs and report variances.
- Assist in execution planning, risk identification, and mitigation strategies for production readiness.
Administrative - Participate in estimating, cost analysis, and sales support for industrialization projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
- Communication with multiple project managers.
Requirements- Bachelors in Construction or Engineering Discipline preferred.
- 3-5+ years in construction management or construction administration supporting projects.
- Experience building schedules.
- Familiarity with multidiscipline project environments and new product introduction (NPI) processes.
- Experience in manufacturing and industrial construction environments.
- Experience with manufacturing plant shutdowns.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and applicable safety standards.
- Knowledge of general plant safety requirements (including, hot work permits, lock-out tag-out, etc.)
- Knowledge of permitting through AHJs.
- Ability to troubleshoot production and process issues under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The typical base salary range for this position is between $90,000-$140,000
