We have a current need for a Construction Manager on-site in Iowa (M-F); we are open to candidates in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Northern MI, Minnesota.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and monitor construction activities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Provide technical guidance and leadership
- Support project documentation and reporting
Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of experience in transmission engineering
- Experience with extreme high voltage (EHV) systems preferred
- Strong project management and field oversight skills
