Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to read building plans and provide solutions
• Effective leadership skills for direct report supervision
• OSHA 10/30 Construction qualification preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize BuildPro for daily schedule management to meet project timelines
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities across the project
• Procure job site materials while keeping construction costs within budget
• Schedule necessary inspections throughout the construction process
• Identify potential construction issues and propose solutions
• Manage contracts and communications with contractors and suppliers
• Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and compliant with regulations
• Conduct quality control inspections and orientation for homebuyers
• Monitor job sites for safety and conduct safety meetings as necessary
• Plan, direct work, and evaluate employee performance
