Qualifications- 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial, educational, religious, and/or municipal/public projects.
- Proficient in industry software such as ProEst, Assemble, BuildingConnected, etc.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
Position OverviewAs a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our project development team. Your expertise will ensure accurate and competitive cost estimates, helping to secure new projects and support our mission for excellence in construction. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to deliver comprehensive bids that align with project specifications and budget.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for various projects, including ground-up commercial, educational, religious, and municipal/public sectors in the $30M-$500M range.
- Evaluate project plans and specifications, identifying scope and cost implications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with project teams throughout the preconstruction phase to assess project feasibility and deliverability.
- Participate in bid reviews and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing.
