About the role

We are looking for a Construction Coordinator to support the safe and efficient delivery of underground and surface construction projects. This role plays a critical part in coordinating project activities across contractors, project teams, and site operations to ensure work is well planned, compliant, and executed safely and on schedule.

Reporting to the Superintendent, Construction, working a 5/4/3 dayshift only rotating schedule, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and overseeing day-to-day construction activities across underground and surface projects
  • Integrating project work with site operations to ensure safe, efficient execution
  • Managing and overseeing contractor performance and work scope
  • Ensuring compliance with permitting, safety, and site standards
  • Supporting quality assurance and project documentation processes
  • Coordinating pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
  • Aligning multiple work fronts between contractors and operational teams
  • Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate daily reports and project records
