Total Base Pay Range:$68,700.00 - $102,900.00
The Role:As a Construction Coordinator II, you will play a key role in keeping projects organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently. You will provide administrative and project coordination support across pre-construction and active construction activities while serving as a resource and mentor to junior coordinators.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
- Coordinating project meetings, schedules, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Assisting with communication and coordination among project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Tracking project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Maintaining contracts, permits, insurance certificates, warranties, and other critical project records.
- Preparing and processing construction-related documentation, including purchase orders, change orders, contracts, bid packages, correspondence, and reports.
- Monitoring administrative project requirements and helping teams stay on schedule.
- Supporting compliance with company policies, procedures, and construction documentation standards.
- Providing guidance and training to Construction Coordinator I team members.
- Assisting construction leaders with special projects and reporting as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience supporting commercial, residential, multifamily, or construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, permits, and project documentation processes.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
