Position: Assistant Project Manager
Reports to: Project Manager
Location: Conesville, Ohio
Pay Range: $65,000 - $110,000

Superior is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help drive our electrical construction projects forward. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for helping make operations on-site more efficient and will play a key role in our contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. This role is based on a jobsite in Conesville, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the creation and submission of RFI's, and ensure that all RFI's are integrated into the project documents
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on the lifecycle of the project submittal process
- Support with the creation, submission, and management of change orders
- Capture the progress of our work by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsite
- Monitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership
- Work closely with the Foreman on delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite
- Lead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stock
- Begin to develop an understanding of project finances, working closely with Project Operations and Finance leadership

- You're a great communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organization
Your Expertise- Required: You have at least 1 year of field or project experience on a commercial construction site (including relevant internship experience), or a degree in Construction Systems Management, Engineering, or a related field - or a certificate from a Construction Management program
- Bonus Points: You have prior experience supporting commercial construction projects in a project management capacity
- Bonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
