Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience including management experience or 8 years with trade apprenticeship completion
• Field Foreman or General Foreman experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient leadership abilities
• Experience managing multi-location teams
• Ability to foster relationships with internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of design and coordination processes and constructability input timing
• Strong project scheduling and deadline management skills
• Working knowledge of AEC, BIM, CAD software including Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Manage constructability aspects for the division
• Implement company construction standards through the detailing process
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards
• Initiate constructability kick-off meetings
• Coach and develop staff across various locations
• Identify performance inefficiencies and risks
• Lead cross-functional projects to successful completion
• Develop deliverables, timelines and success measures, allocate resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Report implementation progress to divisional management
• Stay current with industry standards and changes, implementing them as necessary
• Oversee budgeting processes and RFPs
