What You'll Do:- Partner with growers to develop integrated crop and conservation plans that balance productivity, profitability, and sustainability
- Provide recommendations on nutrient management, cover crops, reduced tillage, and other regenerative practices
- Collaborate with Nutrien agronomy teams to ensure conservation practices complement crop input strategies
- Connect growers with public and private conservation funding (e.g., NRCS EQIP, state water quality programs, carbon and sustainability programs)
- Serve as a local liaison between Nutrien Ag Solutions, conservation partners, and watershed organizations
- Promote Nutrien's sustainability and carbon initiatives, helping customers participate in incentive programs
- Use Nutrien digital platforms and precision ag tools to identify conservation opportunities and measure practice outcomes
- Track and report practice adoption metrics and environmental benefits
- Lead grower meetings, training sessions, and field demonstrations focused on sustainable agronomy
What You'll Bring:- University degree preferred, in lieu of degree, 5+ years agriculture experience and high school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years' experience using standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry, as well as the application of agricultural chemicals
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Sales experience preferred
- Must have a driving record that meets company standards

The salary range for this role, in Harmony, MN location, is between $78,900.00 - $146,400.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
