Joignez-vous à l'équipe d'Évaluation et gestion des risques chez JLL à titre de Conseiller(ère) principal et jouez un rôle central dans la réalisation d'analyses immobilières complètes qui soutiennent les décisions d'investissement stratégiques de nos clients. Dans ce poste, vous préparerez des rapports d'évaluation complets, effectuerez des recherches de marché approfondies et élaborerez des projections de flux de trésorerie tout en collaborant avec les membres seniors de l'équipe.   • Membre actif en règle de l'Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec ou de l'Institut canadien des évaluateurs

What this job involves:

Join JLL's Valuation and Risk Advisory team as a Senior Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive real estate analyses that drive strategic investment decisions for our clients. In this position, you will prepare complete valuation reports, conduct in-depth market research, and develop cash flow projections while working alongside senior team members. You'll build valuable relationships both within JLL and externally to support business development and service line growth. This role offers the opportunity to expand your expertise in commercial real estate while contributing directly to high-impact advisory projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Prepare all aspects of valuation reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards
  • Conduct research and collect data from internal and external resources to support the valuation process and market analysis
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to create, edit, and prepare market studies, cash flow projections, and valuation reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships inside and outside JLL to support business development initiatives and drive service line growth
  • Continuously enhance your technical skills and market knowledge through participation in conferences, online learning, and professional development opportunities
  • Respond rapidly to stakeholder requests with a sense of urgency while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment
  • Take initiative on projects and identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation


Required Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Economics, Urban Planning, or Urban Geography
  • Minimum 2+ years of full-time professional experience in the commercial real estate sector
  • Active candidacy with AIC/OEAQ (Appraisal Institute of Canada/Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec) at minimum; professional designation is an asset
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong knowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estate
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with real estate software such as ARGUS Enterprise
