Job SummaryThe Connectivity Foreman is responsible for supervising daily field activities and leading crew members in the installation of telecom and network infrastructure systems. This role provides hands-on leadership to technicians and laborers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The Foreman supports project execution by coordinating schedules, reviewing plans, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing tasks such as fiber installation, structured cabling, and system troubleshooting

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage Connectivity projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage 2-4 crews/ Connectivity projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
  • Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
  • Independently start and manage projects
  • Through managing your team, delivering against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry


Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:
  • Have experience managing 2-4 crews/telecommunication projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
  • Have demonstrated success supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
  • Have experience leading both large construction and data center projects
  • Have experience utilizing prefabrication
  • Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
  • Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
  • Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain BICSI Technician and RCDD certifications
