Configuration Manager, Senior The Opportunity: As a change management expert on our team, you'll be integral to establishing and delivering standard processes and repositories for configuration control documents as well as an associated board process in conjunction with senior engineers and managers. This encompasses a complex cyber and IT environment in the Indo-Pacific region delivering warfighter capabilities from strategic leadership to tactical edge components. You'll deliver technical diagrams and documents for existing delivery as well as for new projects, and integrate with security team for risk discussions. You'll interface with key stakeholders and users, including internal delivery and engineering teams as well as cybersecurity professionals, to assure resilient data-centric delivery. You'll also manage priorities and communicate summaries to leadership. You Have: • 5+ years of experience in formal configuration management, including environment integrity, baselines, documentation, audits and accounting, and lifecycle management • Experience with ITSM and configuration management software • Experience with STIG compliance • Experience managing Configuration Control Boards and Engineering Change Proposals • Experience with technical drawing software and technical writing • Ability to demonstrate cross-functional communications with a variety of engineering teams • Secret clearance • HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: • Experience with project management and ITSM processes • Experience working in federal, DoW, or IC agency environments • Knowledge of Zero Trust technologies • Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code • Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, and frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems • Bachelor's degree in an IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering field • CPCM, CMPIC, ITIL4, and NDIA CDM Certifications Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
