Job DescriptionWe are hiring a SR Configuration Analyst. This Intermediate Oracle Health PathNet Blood Bank consulting position requires ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business.

- Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
- Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
- Complete complex system configurations independently
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools
- Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
- Adopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvements
- Drive tools development and troubleshooting
- Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed
Qualifications:- 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Blood Bank product(s).
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
