Job Description:

As a Configuration Analyst Senior, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and usability of the PATH (Oracle Cerner Millennium) environment by serving as knowledgeable system support for clinical and operational users. By efficiently maintaining and aiding in the execution of change requests in ServiceNow, this role keeps the system up to date, protects data integrity, and helps clinicians and staff focus on delivering safe, high-quality patient care.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Assist in coordinating the execution of approved configuration changes in the PATH EHR system
  • Maintain an accurate record system of all configuration changes executed in the system that may be audited by various government agencies and their partners
  • Operate within a cross-functional and organizational team of partners in order to deliver a coordinated, predictable, reliable, and safe model for managing change within PATH EHR

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bring your change control and configuration management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Configuration Analyst Senior must have:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • 4+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. 
  • Must have an extensive understanding PATH (Oracle Cerner Millennium) EHR system, ServiceNow incident triage, management, and incident resolution.
  • Training/education/experience in task coordination; functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools. 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.  
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
