Full Job Description
Seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join the expanding team. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader who can manage complex concrete projects, communicate effectively with teams and clients, and take ownership of project execution from start to finish.

What You'll Do as the Concrete Superintendent:
  • Manage day-to-day operations on multi-million-dollar concrete construction projects
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules to ensure successful project completion
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
  • Lead field teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, clients, and field personnel
  • Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and proactively resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Utilize tools such as Bluebeam and Excel to support project management activities
  • Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards
  • Support a positive team environment built on accountability and collaboration

Must-Haves as the Concrete Superintendent:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Strong background managing concrete construction projects
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple crews and moving parts
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam
  • Ability to travel throughout Oklahoma and surrounding states as project needs require
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of projects
