You'll be responsible for turning plans into production while keeping safety, quality, and efficiency at the forefront.
Lead Safe OperationsSafety isn't paperwork.

You'll:
- Champion Alpha's safety culture every day.
- Conduct site walks, inspections, and hazard assessments.
- Lead by example in pre-task planning and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and project safety requirements.
- Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions when necessary.
Coordinate Field OperationsYou'll keep multiple moving pieces aligned.
That means:
- Directing multiple crews and project work areas.
- Coordinating Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Removing obstacles before they impact production.
- Managing manpower, equipment, and resources efficiently.
- Keeping work progressing safely and on schedule.
Drive Planning & ProductionYou don't just react to problems.
You anticipate them.
You'll:
- Develop daily and weekly work plans.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Improve workflow and production sequencing.
- Identify scheduling conflicts before they become delays.
- Support both short-term execution and long-range planning.
Protect QualityAt Alpha, quality isn't inspected into the project.

- Inspect formwork, rebar, embeds, placements, and finishes.
- Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and tolerances.
- Coordinate corrections quickly.
- Maintain quality documentation.

- Proven experience coordinating multiple crews and work fronts.
- Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Knowledge of concrete means, methods, sequencing, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
