What you will have an opportunity to do:
This position is eligible for $500 in sign on bonuses ($250 paid after 30 days, $250 paid after 90 days), monthly attendance and quarterly incentive plans.Schedule for this position is 4pm - 10:30pm Sunday through Thursday. This is considered a full time position, eligible for full time benefits. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable impression for our guests by creating a welcoming atmosphere for our elite guest, setting up food, maintaining the lounge and connecting with them. The Club Lounge Attendant is the top source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Your Role:
- Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience
- Set and maintain food displays
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the Club Lounge
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Establishing relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions
- Help to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite right
- Promote and sell special hotel programs
- Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
- Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
- Assist other departments as needed
What are we looking for?- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
