1. 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development

4. Strong experience with industrial machine vision platforms (e.g., MVTec HALCON).
5. Expertise in model development, validation, explainability, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
6. Hands-on experience in image dataset collection, annotation, curation, and management.
7. Knowledge of industrial vision systems, cameras, lighting, optics, and image acquisition technologies.
8. Proficiency in traditional machine vision techniques, including OCR/OCV, pattern matching, edge detection, feature extraction, and rule-based inspection.
9. Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, OT environments, and regulated manufacturing practices (IQ/OQ/PQ, validation, change control).
10. Experience collaborating with manufacturing, automation, process, and quality engineering teams.
11. Ability to develop technical documentation, training materials, implementation playbooks, and best practices.
12. Proven track record in mentoring teams on computer vision, AI/ML, and deployment best practices.
13. Experience leading multiple AI deployments, balancing technical delivery, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
14. Experience with containerized AI deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
15. Ability to perform predictive and statistical analysis from different data source
16. Exposure to model deployment on constrained EDGE devices like RPI, Jetson Nano, Renesas etc
17. Experience working with Image Processing, Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning and Linear algebra.
18. Exposure to model development + deployment of Neural Networks, Support vector Machines, Deep Learning, etc..
19. Experience working on Different classes of Images with segmentation, object detection, Speech Recognition, scene analysis ...
20. Experience on trouble shooting/debugging ML model issues
21. Programming skills preferably using Python, C, C++
1. Exposure to ONNX ontologies.
2. Exposure to deployment tool-chain like Intel EII, Nvidia Deep Stream, Qualcomm AI Hub, etc....
3. Excellent communication and documentation skills
4. Programming skills preferably using OpenCV, OpenVino, CUDA, Tensorflow, Pytorch

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 a year
