Computer Programmer
Located at our Longview, WA office (This is not a remoteposition)
Fibre Federal Credit Union is seeking a Computer Programmer for our Longview,WA location.
Wage Range: $32.29 - $50.46
* The range above allows our employees roomfor growth through annual merit and other pay increases based on performance. The target pay range for this position is typically within the first halfof the range. Compensation decisions are determined using factors such asrelevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individualqualifications.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
• Research, develop, and deploy new software applications asassigned.
• Ensure that servers are configured properly for optimumperformance, data integrity, and security.
• Provide technical support for server operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, code, and test computer programsfor batch and interactive applications.
• Modify and test changes to our existinglibrary of computer programs.
• Participate as the technical member ofvarious teams.
• Communicate technical information to alllevels of staff in writing and verbally.
• Develop test and schedule batch scripts.
• Plan and execute server deployments andupgrades.
• Work with vendors and staff to implement andmaintain software packages.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding oftechnologies through continuing education.
• Assists in providing network supportrelating to software and hardware problems reported by users.
• Answer calls from staff and troubleshootproblems.
• Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Computer programming in variouslanguages including, but not limited to: HTML, Java Script, Python, C, Windowsbatch, Java, and SQL.
• Web Services programming.
• Windows Server administration including:Installation, Configuration, Active Directory, MS-SQL, and Exchange.
• VMware usage and configuration andvirtualization concepts.
• SAN storage concepts.
• Problem solving.
OTHER VALUED TECHNICAL SKILLS
• OpCon system programming.
• ARCU system programming.
• Linux shell programming.
• Microsoft Office.
• Crystal Reports.
• Networking using TCP/IP.
• Cisco IOS configuration.
• Windows Updates Administration.
• Anti-Virus Administration.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Possess high school diploma or equivalent
Education - A two-year degree in Computer Scienceor equivalent experience.
