Comptroller - Full Time - St. John's (Association Services Office)
Wage Range: $95,000-$106,000/yr

We are seeking a Comptroller to oversee and lead the organization's finance function. Reporting to the CFO, this role provides financial leadership while maintaining accountability for the day-to-day execution of accounting operations. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner of leadership, helping guide the financial strategy, support operational decision-making, and strengthen financial performance. This position reports to the Association Services Office in St. John's.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent experience specializing in financial oversight would be considered
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Leadership experience
- CPA designation
- Strong technical accounting capabilities (i.e., month-end accounting procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Sage 300 experience
- Previous experience in non-profit would be preferred
- Must be comfortable remaining actively involved in the details of the finance function including financial reporting, controls, payroll and team leadership
- Criminal Record Checks are reviewed on an individual basis
