Required Skills:- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in compression operations, specifically within Bakken
- Expertise in CAT 3500-3600 compressor systems
- Strong knowledge of gas lift techniques and operations
- Proven ability to assess contractor competency and provide technical guidance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly
- Experience in evaluating and guiding measurement discipline practices
Nice to Have Skills:- Prior experience in technical training or mentorship roles
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in compression operations
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve compressor system issues efficiently
Preferred Education and Experience:- Relevant technical or engineering degree preferred
- Extensive hands-on experience in compression and gas lift operations in the oil and gas industry
