Compliance Senior Analyst- CuraScript- Hybrid
The Compliance Senior Analyst oversees complex licensing and regulatory compliance activities, ensuring the organization meets all legal and industry requirements for pharmaceutical distribution. This role involves managing high-level licensing projects, analyzing regulatory changes, and serving as a subject matter expert for licensing processes and compliance strategies.
Location: Newark, Delaware (Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days work at home)
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the preparation, submission, and monitoring of license applications and renewals.
- Maintain and audit comprehensive records of licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements to organizational processes.
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and internal leadership on licensing matters.
- Develop and implement process improvements for licensing workflows.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations affecting licensing requirements.
Qualifications- High school Diploma or GED required
- 4+ years in licensing, regulatory compliance, or contract management.
- Experience in managing complex licensing projects and regulatory audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:- Industry-specific expertise (e.g., pharmaceuticals, healthcare).
- Knowledge of federal and state regulatory frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or related field
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,800 - 104,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
