Labcorp is seeking a
HYBRID Compliance Program Specialist to join our team
Hybrid Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET with three in-office days in either Burlington, NC or Durham, NC and two remote workdays per week supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
Job ResponsibilitiesCompliance Analytics & Reporting- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from audits, training programs, investigations, risk assessments, and other compliance activities.
- Utilize AI-enabled analytics and automation tools to improve data accuracy, reporting quality, and processing efficiency.
- Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and metrics that provide visibility into compliance performance, risk trends, and operational effectiveness.
- Translate compliance data into analytical narratives that identify trends, emerging risks, anomalies, and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare compliance metrics and reporting packages for compliance committees, leadership meetings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Compliance Program Support- Support the development and execution of the annual compliance workplan.
- Monitor compliance program activities and track progress against established objectives.
- Identify compliance gaps, recurring issues, control weaknesses, and process improvement opportunities.
- Track remediation activities and maintain follow-up processes to support timely issue resolution.
Compliance Technology & Operations- Support compliance technology platforms, including learning management systems (LMS), audit management systems, and reporting solutions.
- Evaluate and support implementation of automation tools, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation, logs, records, and evidence repositories supporting audits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
Cross-Functional Coordination- Coordinate compliance initiatives across business functions and departments to support alignment with organizational compliance objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to support remediation efforts, reporting requirements, and compliance program execution.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 or more years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or a data-focused operational role
Preferred Qualifications- 3 or more years of experience analyzing compliance, audit, investigation, training, or risk management data.
- 3 or more years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and metric development.
- 1 or more years of experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- 1 or more years of experience utilizing AI-enabled analytics, automation, or reporting tools.
- 3 or more years of experience developing dashboards, reports, metrics, or performance indicators.
- 2 or more years of experience supporting compliance technology platforms, including LMS platforms, audit management systems, or compliance reporting tools.
- 2 or more years of experience developing executive-level dashboards and data visualization solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- 1 or more years of experience applying advanced analytics techniques, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis methods.
- 1 or more years of experience with workflow automation platforms and process automation technologies.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, or equivalent process improvement certification.
- 2 or more years of experience preparing analytical reports and presentations for senior leadership audiences.
Additional Job Standards- Demonstrated analytical thinking when evaluating complex compliance and operational data.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, governance practices, and internal control concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying compliance findings and recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with compliance, audit, training, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

About the RoleThe Compliance Program Specialist is a data-driven compliance professional responsible for transforming compliance information into meaningful insights that support business decisions and program effectiveness. This role combines compliance operations, analytics, reporting, and technology optimization to strengthen compliance performance, identify emerging risks, and drive continuous improvement. The position offers an opportunity for an early- to mid-career compliance professional to expand strategic compliance expertise while partnering across Compliance Training, Compliance Audit, and Corporate Compliance functions.
