Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering
• 4 years of relevant experience in product testing, report writing, and compliance procedures
• Familiarity with electrification industry government programs like CTEP/NEVI and CARB
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks specific to renewable energy, automotive, or power electronics
• Interest in North American Electric Regulations including ANSI, UL, CSA, and SAE
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and goal-driven attitude
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Finnish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering to design and analyze test cases for Kempower products
• Lead projects to achieve UL and CSA certification standards for North America
• Manage high voltage electric vehicle charging equipment test plans
• Ensure product compliance with national and international standards
• Lead certification processes with Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTLs)
• Standardize quality standards and processes across products
• Consolidate and streamline existing compliance procedures
