Compliance & Privacy Partner
At Logan Health, compliance and privacy are fundamental to the care we provide and the trust our patients place in us. We are seeking a Compliance & Privacy Partner to support and strengthen our organization's compliance and privacy program across a diverse healthcare system.

This position works closely with leaders, providers, and departments throughout the organization to identify risk, support regulatory compliance, protect patient privacy, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.

What You'll Do

As a Compliance & Privacy Partner, you will play an active role in supporting the organization's compliance and privacy efforts by:
  • Conducting compliance and privacy risk assessments.
  • Assisting with compliance audits, monitoring activities, and investigations.
  • Developing and tracking corrective action plans.
  • Supporting compliance committee activities and meetings.
  • Assisting with patient privacy concerns and privacy-related investigations.
  • Drafting and maintaining compliance and privacy policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and helping operational leaders understand requirements.
  • Supporting compliance and privacy education initiatives.
  • Maintaining compliance databases, documentation, and tracking systems.
  • Collaborating with leaders and departments across the organization to identify risk and improve processes.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of a comprehensive compliance and privacy program.


Required Qualifications

One of the following is required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.


In addition:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience managing large, complex projects.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous compliance or privacy experience preferred, ideally within a healthcare environment. However, we also welcome candidates who have developed compliance, regulatory, auditing, privacy, risk management, or investigative expertise in industries such as banking, insurance, aviation, technology, government, or other highly regulated sectors. Transferable experience in interpreting regulations, conducting audits, managing risk, investigating concerns, and supporting organizational compliance programs may be considered in lieu of healthcare-specific experience.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security requirements preferred.
  • Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, investigations, or monitoring activities preferred.
  • Experience developing corrective action plans and process improvements preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Experience interpreting and applying federal and state regulations preferred.
  • Experience working with compliance software, databases, and reporting tools preferred.


Certification Requirement

One of the following certifications is required within two (2) years of hire:
  • Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security (CHPS)
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
  • Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC)
  • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
