As a Senior Project Manager for Complex Gas Turbine Modernization & Upgrades projects, your day is focused on driving the successful execution of high-value, technically complex customer projects from planning through closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Service, and Finance to ensure project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk are effectively managed while meeting strategic business objectives. Act as the primary customer liaison, build strong relationships, manage expectations, resolve technical and commercial challenges, and provide clear stakeholder communication at all levels. You will also oversee project financials, mitigate risks, maintain rigorous documentation, and coordinate critical deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful implementation of gas turbine modernization and upgrade solutions.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead complex Gas Turbine Modernization & Upgrades projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring delivery meets scope, schedule, and within budget.

What you Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of project management experience leading complex projects in power generation, energy, or a similar industrial environment; PMP certification preferred.
Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice versa.
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and contract deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong technical, financial, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving project execution and resolving challenges.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer and stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency with SAP and Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
