Full Job Description
Level up your legal career by joining Klinedinst's growing and dynamic team. Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or financial services to join our office in Sacramento, CA with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state.

Candidates for this position must be California licensed with strong academic credentials. We're looking for individuals who have a passion for advocacy and are ready to find creative legal solutions for their clients.
The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, independently handle cases, and analyze/research complex issues. We're also looking for attorneys with experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. If you have experience representing clients in the financial industry, that is a plus, though not required.

Coming to work with a solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork will be critical factors for success in this position.
