Job DescriptionYou will be the Completion Supervisor F-16 Structures Production - Level 3 for the Structures Production team which is responsible for delivering high-quality F-16 structural sub-assemblies while meeting safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Completion Supervisor F-16 Structures Production - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a skilled workforce, driving process excellence, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Staff and develop technical proficiency levels to ensure a trained, qualified, and skilled team.
- Plan, monitor, and enforce safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance for the assigned production area.
- Develop and implement the production process for the F-16V Block 70 structural sub-assemblies and forward-fuselage cockpit structure.
- Identify and execute continuous-improvement initiatives that enhance cost efficiency and schedule adherence.
- Foster rapport with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and the System Program Office, cultivating a culture of accountability and trust.

Basic QualificationsExperience in Aviation Production structures or Maintenance, Structures Sheetmetal, Modification, Repair, Manufacturing and Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Desired skillsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.
F-16 experience
Recent fighter aircraft experience
Aviation structures/Sheetmetal experience.
Manufacturing experience.
Ability to obtain a security clearance as required.
Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance.
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
SAP experience is a plus.
COA leader experience.
Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
