Position ObjectiveThe Compensation and Talent Operations Manager will design, implement and manage standard HR policies and procedures. Design, implement and manage compensation processes as well as consolidate the data analytics process for HR, work with payroll to ensure reliable and consistent operation of this process, make sure to comply with all aspects related with payroll management that fall under the Talent department. Lead the technological projects such as time keeping, LMS, ATS, HRIS, etc.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement fair and attractive compensation plans, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness, and improving employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Implement compensation structure, job evaluation and salary scales policies, in alignment with Corporate compensation structures.
- Advise and accompany managers in the design of positions, roles, and the appropriate organizational structure to achieve company's objectives.
- Ensure compliance with pay transparency regulations by regularly reviewing and updating compensation data, maintaining clear documentation of pay structures, and communicating compensation practices to employees in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Ensure internal equity by analyzing compensation data across roles and departments and maintaining alignment with the organization's compensation philosophy.
- Lead communication and administration of annual merit process and Annual Incentive (AI) program for all employees.
- Verify and establish target salary ranges and prepare all offer letters in accordance with established budgets.
- Administer executive compensation programs, including base salary, incentives, and benefits, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in compensation surveys with external consultants. Provide relevant market benchmarking salary data.
- Design, implement, and manage standard HR policies and procedures to ensure the governance of the HR core processes.
- Lead technological projects such as timekeeping, LMS, ATS, HRIS, etc., to bring best practices to the business as part of a continuous improvement approach.
- Participate and control annual HR budget, including the SG&A budget (learning, consultants, recruitment, etc.).
- Serve as liaison to Finance for workforce planning and budgeting.
- Ensure timely and accurate unemployment responses.
- Ensure timely and accurate EEO, AAP, VETS, and CA pay compliance reporting.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or similar
- 3+ years' experience in Compensation
- 7+ years' experience of relevant experience in HR
- Training or certification in compensation management, project management, or change management preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $116,700 - 175,100/year, not including benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to enable future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package, including health insurance!
