Job Description:

Our Compensation Center of Expertise (CoE) manages all aspects of compensation programs and processes including salary programs, incentives and equity administration. We provide global and local support in a matrix management environment.

The Compensation Analyst supports the analytical processes in the design, administration, and delivery of a variety of complex compensation programs and projects, as well as acts as an internal consultant, to ensure competitive positioning and cost effectiveness in order to attract, retain, and reward Associates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Participates in communicating and educating internal partners on total rewards philosophy, policy, and practice, ensuring compensation programs are administered fairly and consistently.
  • Collaborates with global team members and other stakeholders (i.e., Finance, Payroll, HRIS, IT, Legal, etc.) on the execution of compensation programs, including base pay and incentives.
  • Provides compensation consulting support to certain internal business clients, including providing compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions and transfers.
  • Participates in cyclical compensation administration of processes that may include salary planning, reviewing salary structures, annual merit program planning, and bonus plan administration utilizing the Company's systems and tools. Generates and analyzes required documentation to support compensation programs.
  • Supports complex executive compensation programs, including gathering, organizing and analyzing data for our proxy statement and related disclosures.
  • Supports ad-hoc compensation and cross-functional projects related to changing regulations and business requirements.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of compensation processes and system enhancements.
  • Performs detailed modeling and analysis to support compensation decision-making.
  • Troubleshoots issues or problems and identifies and shares solutions.
  • Assists in providing required data during internal and external audits.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 1 - 3 years of experience with either compensation administration and techniques or similar analytical process experience such as in a finance or related function
  • Ability to flex and adapt to a fast pace, changing work environment
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix-managed environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels

This position has a starting salary range of $71,300.00 to $89,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
