PositionOverview:
KETTLER currently has an opening for a Regional Operations Specialist Community Manager, based in the DC Metro area. This position leads operational success throughout the KETTLER portfolio and requires local and multi-state travel. The Regional Operations Specialist - Community Manager, under the direction of the Regional Operations Specialist - Area Manager, must have the ability to quickly adapt, assess needs, provide multi-site leadership, demonstrate excellent customer service, and coordinate all aspects of apartment community operations.
Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000

4+yearsofexperienceinthepropertymanagementfield.
2+yearsofsupervisoryexperience.
TaxCreditexperiencerequired.
Must have a current, valid driver27s license and be able to travel daily to assigned properties, with flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support operational needs across regions, including potential travel to Western zones and other out-of-area locations.
HighSchoolDiploma,Bachelor27sDegreepreferred.
ComputerproficiencyandknowledgeofMicrosoft Office Suite.
ExtensiveknowledgeofPropertyManagement softwareprograms-Yardiplatformexperiencepreferred.
Demonstratedleadershipabilityandprovenhistoryofsuccesswiththeleasingprocess.
Mustbeabletoworkontheweekends.
Mustbeabletowalkapartments,communities, andgrounds,includingstepsandclimbingstairs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with residents and internal and external customers in a positive, professional manner.
Strongfinancialanalysis,budgeting, and P&Lmanagementskills.
WorkingknowledgeofapplicableLandlordTenantLaws,FairHousingmandates andotherlegalissuesaffectingpropertymanagement.
Experiencewithapartmentandcommonarearenovations.
