Protect the community: Review and countersign leases, manage delinquencies and evictions, and work closely with legal counsel on Fair Housing compliance.
Build resident loyalty: Plan monthly resident events, respond to concerns quickly, and create a community people are proud to call home.
Be the steady hand on-site: Maintain a visible presence Monday• Friday, serve as the on-call contact for after-hours needs, and keep your property safe, clean, and running smoothly.
Work smart with AI: Use approved AI tools to evaluate opportunities to streamline workflows, including identifying repetitive tasks suitable for automation, to draft announcements, communication templates, tenant notices, and report summaries while maintaining accuracy and professional tone, and critically review and verify AI-generated content for accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and alignment with the Towbes Group standards.
