AMLI Residential is hiring an experienced Property Manager (Multifamily / Apartments) to oversee operations at AMLI Marina Del Rey, a Class A, high-end residential community. If you have a background in property management, leasing, asset performance, team leadership, and resident experience, this is your opportunity to grow with a top-tier multifamily company.

Key Responsibilities
Property Management Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day property operations for a luxury apartment community
  • Manage budgeting, financial reporting, NOI performance, and revenue growth
  • Drive occupancy, leasing traffic, rent collections, and delinquency management
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team (leasing + maintenance)
  • Execute resident retention strategies and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, rent comps, and competitor data
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, OSHA, and company policies


Maintenance & Asset Management
  • Conduct property inspections, curb appeal walks, and unit readiness reviews
  • Partner with maintenance team on work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance
  • Manage vendors, contractors, capital projects, and renovations
  • Maintain asset value and long-term property performance


Leasing, Marketing & Performance
  • Implement leasing strategies, pricing optimization, and revenue management
  • Partner with marketing on digital marketing, SEO, ILS listings
  • Optimize lead conversion, tours, and closing ratios
  • Drive traffic generation and brand positioning in the Marina del Rey market


Qualifications | Multifamily Property Manager
  • 3+ years of Property Manager experience (multifamily/apartments)
  • Experience with Class A / luxury apartments
  • Strong background in leasing, operations, financials, and team leadership
  • Experience with Entrata or property management software preferred
