Community Liaison

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare organization offering a full continuum of care, including variety of programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Oregon and District of Columbia. Founded in 1982 as a non-profit organization by members of the recovery community in Mesa, Arizona, Community Bridges Inc. has held as its principal mission "maintaining the dignity of human life" for more than 40 years.

Job Summary

The Community Liaison position will lead initiatives that support residential treatment and patient centered health home promotion. This role will focus on developing new opportunities including criminal justice partners for the purpose of enhancing our visibility in the community, increasing responsiveness to CBI programs and promoting CBI. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership to develop new stakeholder relationships and strengthen stakeholder enhance presence in the community. The responsibilities include community presentations, attending community events, proposal development on growth opportunities, and representing Community Bridges, Inc conferences both locally and nationally.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business or healthcare related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, preferably within the healthcare or treatment sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting at conferences and engaging with various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for improving the lives of children and families.
  • Current drivers license (valid and in good standing).
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).


Hourly Rate: $43.75/HR - $52.50/HR
