Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain key partnerships critical to FQHC value with external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate community engagement planning processes and programs, including project work plans and engagement of stakeholders.
  • Direct strategic initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation.
  • Provide expert counsel on federal legislation, advocacy, and coalition-building to support organizational initiatives.
  • Lead team hiring, training, development, and evaluation processes.

Schedule: Day shift | Full-time

Salary: $107,821.50 - $145,875.45 (per year)

What minimum requirements you'll need

    being in leadership/management.

What additional preferences we're seeking
