How you'll make an impact in this role- Stakeholder Engagement: Grow organizational impact and establish relationships with community stakeholders, local businesses, and elected representatives.
- Partnership Development: Develop and maintain key relationships and partnerships for Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) value with external stakeholders, as well as build collaborative working relationships among community partners and internal stakeholders.
- Community Planning: Develop and evaluate community engagement planning processes and programs, including project work plans and the engagement of appropriate stakeholders.
- Strategic Initiatives: Direct strategic initiatives from planning and design through implementation and evaluation.
- Advocacy & Counsel: Assist as an expert counsel in federal legislative, advocacy, and coalition-building to enhance the successful implementation of the organization's initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluation of staff.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those year
being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking- MBA or MHA preferred
- 5+ years of experience with FQHC-DOH work
- Firm understanding of value based care & contracting
- Experience with managing Market tracking
