Property Details: Cambridge on Devonshire has 201 units and is located in Northridge, CA

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Target Pay: $83,160 per year + performance bonus eligibility

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, engage, and retain a diverse team of property management professionals embracing and building a team culture focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Hold regular staff and individual meetings to maintain strong team culture and shared progress toward property goals and standards.
  • Develop effective marketing plans, monitor property appearance, and evaluate cost per lease and traffic strategies.
  • Ensure all associates understand the competitive environment and adjust market rents proactively.
  • Anticipate market changes and make strategic adjustments.
  • Establish and prepare comprehensive operating budgets with input from key team leaders.
  • Review weekly updates to address occupancy and future exposure.
  • Conduct weekly inspections of the property to evaluate conditions and report any risks or service needs.
  • Monitor and maintain community goals for resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current on local market conditions, trends, and forecasts.
  • Identify and implement marketing campaigns to generate traffic and leases.
  • Manage social media and research competitive properties to determine trends.
  • Build and maintain a customer-focused culture of respect, responsiveness, and efficiency.
  • Respond to resident and prospect inquiries with professionalism and confidence.
  • Participate in resident relationship-building activities and monthly renewal programs.
  • Establish leasing and maintenance goals and ensure timely delivery of required reports.
  • Adhere to company protocols for vendor and contract management and ensure compliance with all training requirements.
