What You'll Do- Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help patients improve independence with dressing, bathing, meal preparation, mobility, and other activities of daily living.
- Reinforce therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and home safety strategies.
- Educate patients and caregivers on equipment and techniques that support long-term independence.
- Communicate patient progress with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
What We're Looking For- Active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
