What You'll Do- Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, and upper extremity function.
- Reinforce home exercise programs and educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies.
- Recommend and educate patients on adaptive techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
What We're Looking For- Active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Passion for helping patients maximize independence and quality of life.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Home health experience is welcomed but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
