Allstate's Agency Distribution channel is seeking a communications strategic Lead Consultant who has demonstrated success with writing, consultation and project management. Project ownership, strategy development, and serving as a consultant to the business are key factors in the opportunity. This role helps develop the strategic design, planning, and implementation of strategy for key Distribution programs and will include processes to support individual business function objectives with alignment to the enterprise strategy. The ability to build relationships across the enterprise as the subject matter expert and advocate for the agency channel will be another factor of this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Drives results through the development of effective relationships with cross functional leadership
• Develops change management and communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs, or processes
• Analyzes statistical data as it relates to programs, projects and processes and provides action alternatives for improvement as appropriate
• Develops business cases and influences others to take recommended actions
• Demonstrates solid business knowledge, leadership, and strategic vision
• Enables leadership efforts for continuous improvements with processes & programs
• Takes an integrated approach to ensure initiatives align to the Company determined growth and profit goals
• Leads development of strategies to achieve plan objectives
• Leads the development/design of new plans, programs and processes
• Provides support in removing barriers to cooperative efforts with teams across functions.
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• 3 or more years of consultation or strategic planning experience (Preferred)
• Writing experience (Preferred)
• Ability to work cross functionally (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 85,000.00 - 145,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
