Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Communications Specialist to support and execute strategic communications initiatives across internal and external channels. This role is responsible for elevating brand visibility, driving engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging through a mix of live events, media outreach, digital content, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong storytelling skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications & Planning
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Build and manage an integrated communications calendar across channels and stakeholders
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement

Live Events & Trade Shows
  • Plan and execute live events (Incl. ACT, MED, etc.), trade shows, customer ride-and-drives, and technology days
  • Coordinate messaging and materials to ensure a cohesive brand presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize event impact and follow-up opportunities

Media & External Engagements
  • Support media relations efforts, including press materials and coordination of interviews
  • Identify and manage external speaking opportunities, including executive preparation and messaging
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across all external communications

Content Development & Social Media
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
  • Develop compelling narratives that highlight innovation, projects, and business milestones
  • Manage content planning, posting schedules, and performance tracking

Internal Communications
  • Lead internal communications initiatives to inform and engage employees; Produce and manage an internal associate newsletter
  • Coordinate and host PS-NA All-Associate Meetings
  • Develop internal videos featuring leadership and associates to communicate key topics and strategic priorities

Multimedia & Creative Support
  • Create and edit video content to enhance communication effectiveness and engagement
  • Support presentation development and "beautification" to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual impact
  • Partner with teams to develop compelling submissions for awards and recognitions

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between the range of $88,000 - $95,000, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
