Develop and manage integrated communications and stakeholder engagement plans for cybersecurity programs, product initiatives, and change rollouts.
Serve as communications lead, project manager, and scrum master to drive planning, execution, adoption readiness, and delivery discipline.
Translate complex cybersecurity, technology, risk, compliance, and delivery topics into clear messages for technical, business, and leadership audiences.
Partner with Product Owners, delivery teams, SMEs, risk/compliance partners, and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, impacts, and readiness needs.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, team working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and decision forums to maintain alignment and momentum.
Manage communication deliverables, project plans, backlogs, dependencies, risks, blockers, milestones, action items, and status reporting.
Comfortable using collaboration, project management, and communication tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Planner, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in communications, project management, scrum master, agile delivery, change management, or a related role supporting complex technology initiatives.
Experience operating in complex, global, interdependent, and remote/distributed team environments.
Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, risk, compliance, or regulated business environments preferred.
Strong technical written and verbal English, with comfort creating documentation, executive messaging, and stakeholder-facing materials.
