Full Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Employee Communications, this role will create and implement internal employee communications content that engages and connects to internal audiences.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Create communications plans to support HR initiatives and legal/ethics/compliance programs, providing guidance to leadership teams.
  • Develop multimedia and digital content across email platforms, intranet, digital displays and video.
  • Support employee lifecycle communications, including talent recruitment, management, and development.
  • Produce events like town halls, People Leader events, and virtual leadership updates.
  • Evaluate effectiveness using employee and technical data and analytics.
  • Work in partnership with public relations, I&D, legal, and other peers across the company to complete campaigns from concept to delivery.


YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications with 5+ years of professional corporate communication experience.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and experience working with senior leadership.
  • High motivation to communicate "up" and with all project collaborators effectively.
  • Familiarity with platforms and tools such as intranets, internal communications platforms (Teams, etc.), and Microsoft Office365.
  • Experience with running multiple projects at once while consistently producing effective and thoughtful written content.
  • Writing samples will be required.

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:
$89,300.00 - $165,800.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
