Work You'll DoAs a Senior Consultant on the team, you will:
- Serve as a senior communications advisor to Office of Public Affairs leadership and provides strategic counsel on messaging, positioning, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans aligned with leadership priorities and organizational objectives
- Draft, edit, and oversee the production of a wide range of communications products, including leadership messages, talking points, speeches, announcements, newsletters, briefing materials, and other executive communications
- Produce clear, compelling written content by conducting interviews with employees, leaders, and stakeholders, and by developing stories and messaging that highlight workforce accomplishments, mission impact, and organizational culture
- Oversee editorial quality and communications execution across multiple channels, including social media, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, brand, and style while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

QualificationsRequired
: - 5+ years of experience with developing written communications for a broad audience, conducting stakeholder interviews, and working both independently and as a part of a team
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in McLean, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience with supporting the IC community
- Experience with engagement management
- Experience supporting senior executives in a communications capacity
- Experience with digital communications tools, analytics, and content management platforms (e.g., WordPress)
