Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Material Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or process engineering.
• Experience in Semiconductor, electronics, automotive, or high-reliability manufacturing processes preferred.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, etc.).
• Knowledge of semiconductor-specific processes like wafer fabrication or IC packaging preferred.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop suppliers in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Assess supplier capability in high-precision process control and contamination control.
• Qualify suppliers for semiconductor-grade components and high-reliability applications.
• Conduct supplier assessments including screening audits and VDA 6.3 audits.
• Lead supplier development activities aligned with ZF Global Quality Directive (DQ83).
• Drive improvements in supplier yield and defect reduction.
• Manage escalated suppliers and implement recovery plans.
• Lead APQP activities for new and existing suppliers.
