This individual excels at building strong supplier and stakeholder relationships, leading competitive bidding processes, and negotiating favorable commercial terms while ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and ESG standards. They are results-driven, highly collaborative, and capable of partnering with operations, finance, and procurement teams to drive sustainable value and support GCC's business objectives.
This position reports to the Commodity Manager Coordinator in the Procurement department. The role may be based at any GCC location.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of category management, sourcing, or procurement experience in an industrial environment
- Proven success achieving and reporting procurement savings
- Experience with spend analysis tools and e-procurement platforms
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and strategic sourcing best practices
