  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure all systems function as intended.
  • Document all commissioning activities and results.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes.

Location: Quanah, TX (rotational and local candidates considered)

The Opportunity

The Commissioning Manager will oversee the commissioning process for multiple data center construction projects from planning through execution. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring all systems and components are tested and operational, and that the project meets the client's specifications and standards.

What you will do?
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, Cx Agents and contractors to ensure timely completion of commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with Vendors and schedule on site activities in advance of Level 3 activities.
  • Coordinate with Owner and Tennant Cx personnel to ensure all their needs are being addressed.
  • Review project documents to ensure all commissioning requirements are met.
  • Manage Cx Alloy and coordinate Cx documentation ensuring it is accurate and complete.
  • Manage Cx related close out documentation for the project.
  • Lead and manage commissioning teams during on-site activities.
