Following construction, this role supports verification that post-occupancy performance requirements have been met, coordinates open issue resolution and system turnover to facilities operations, and confirms that systems training has been completed in accordance with project specifications and warranty obligations.

This position supports the deployment and ongoing management of building analytics platforms, including coordination with analytics vendors, development of fault detection and diagnostic rules, and preparation of performance dashboards and technical reporting for facilities leadership and project stakeholders. The Commissioning Engineer may also lead small in-house analytics deployments where appropriate.
